                  Do you want to figure out where and how do “Ethics” fit in in the American system of “Truth and Justice by Adversaries,” a system which unequivocally celebrates winning (more than securing justice)?
This course introduces students to ethical considerations insinuated in many aspects ofAmerican criminal law. We will look at the system as a whole and then pieces of it,including ethicalconsiderations regarding law enforcement, the prosecutor’s office, thedefense attorney, and other issues facing the contemporary American lawyer.
